Creative Workshop Series Policies Welcome to Over Here! We’re excited to have you join our community of passionate creators. Before you register for a class, workshop, or retreat, please take a moment to review our policies. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at melissa@overhere.ca. We’re here to help! General Registration Policies • First-Come, First-Served: Spaces in our workshops are limited, so we encourage early registration to secure your spot. • Advance Registration Recommended: To ensure you don’t miss out, please register ahead of time. Registration Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed once we receive your payment, which can be made conveniently online. Availability Subject to Change: All registrations depend on space availability. Changes and Updates: Occasionally, program details, prices, or instructors may change due to rare circumstances, but we'll keep you informed. Safety First: We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants and reserve the right to make necessary adjustments. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Non-Refundable Payments: Payment is required in full at registration and is non-refundable. • Credit for Withdrawals: Withdrawals made between 3-10 days before a course start date will receive a credit applicable to another class within the same season. • Refund and Cancellation Fee: Withdrawals made over 10 days before the start date incur a $10 fee, plus a refund of the remaining balance. • No Refunds Within 10 Days: Cancellations within 10 days of the start date aren't eligible for refunds. • Missed Classes: Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits for missed classes in a series. • Class Cancellations: If we cancel a class, we’ll notify you at least 4 days in advance and provide a full refund. • Refund Processing Fee: Refunds processed via credit card or our online store will include a 4% payment processing fee. • No Adjustments for Unattended Classes: We can’t provide discounts, credits, refunds, or transfers for unattended classes. Inclement Weather and Other Circumstances Stay Informed: Call us at 519-829-9398 for updates in case of bad weather. • Notifications: We’ll contact you via phone and email if classes are canceled. • Participation Risks: While we strive for a safe environment, participation involves inherent risks.
